A girl’s gym bag must -haves!

All you lovely girls out there, I am sure all of you have this glitch of what to take when you go gymmmig. I always had an issue during my beginning days.
Here’s a list of things that I recommend you all to carry in your bag with style and start working out with a Bang!!
To start with you need a good and fun gym bag in which you will be adding in these items.
1. Water Bottle:
It’s very very important to stay hydrated during your workouts. Carry a water-bottle with you. There are a varieties of bottles you could carry a sleek or sporty ones which you get in Nike,Reebok brand like these. Do try to take warm water if you can.

2. Deodorant:
While working out all of us sweat but it doesn’t mean that we would be smelling bad. But always wear or carry you Deo will always help you be more confident while gymming and you would feel fresh also. You could try the Garnier Deo I use that while I gym. It’s long lasting and makes me cool.
3. Hair-ties:
It’s necessary that your hair stay in tact and are not a disturbance while you work out. Instead of a black band you could use some colourful bands like the neon ones or get those big bands to cover your top hair.
4.Sports Bra
The fit and getting  a proper shape is most important.The type i would recommend is a little tight like a jockey one. You get more varieties in these choose a size smaller if the jockey ones are too loose and saggy .

5. Face-wipes/Napkin/Towel:
Freshen your hands and face with these towels. The wet wipes give you an amazing push to work out more. Gear you up completely. Refreshing as I Say!
6.Yoga Leggings:
Comfortable clothes make your gymming experience even more fun. If your easy with what you wear you workout more and feel good about yourself. Yoga pants help your sweating to get grasped in those pants which gets a lot easier for any individual to not to worry about how they backside or legs look when they have worked out much .You can get Pants from Converse, Reebok, Nike to name a few..
Good pair of socks and T-shirt to tag along with the leggings.
7.Shampoo and Conditioner:
Well just to freshen up before you leave the Gym. Feeling like  a Lady.

8. Band-aids: Because you don’t want an excuse to skip your cardio, even if you have a blister or two.
