How easy does it sound when someone tells you , that you can loose weight in 30 days! You actually can. I have done it and I feel the differences already.

There are few steps you need to follow and once you get into the regime. Voila you will get the results automatically.The main motto is to Have fun while your working and sweating it out.
Day 1 to 7:
The first thing, before you start your training. You gotta motivate yourself and feel the pressure everyday only then will you be able to last the 30 DAYS..The food has to be only home-made food. One drop of oil, no fried food , once a week you can take rice, No cheat diets will be allowed for the first Few weeks. So as per the workout sessions. To start with – warm up for about 10 mins where you reflex all your body parts well from head to toe.
Then Do a 45 minutes high intensity-cardio workout, which will include 20 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes of Cross- trainer and 15 mins Cycling.
Also 30 mins of normal brisk walks in the mornings to make your body ready for the intense workout for the coming weeks. Make sure your heart beats double your normal rate for atleast 45 mins- which you could also join kick-boxing, Zumba, Bollywood dancing, run, bike ride or hiking.
Day 8-14
As eating light is the funda, you would eventually feel good about yourself. Which is the first step to getting to your desired body.
The workouts could be pretty much similar. Just a little add on weights. So you would be doing cardios for 3 days and 2 days weights. Strengthening  Interval sessions are effective to get you to get in shape. You could also try the body balance with the Big ball to get the muscles flexed . Or could also try yoga or swimming.
The food maintain the staple diet with the home food. Yes a cheat meal can be eaten but you could only have it by afternoon as you can have limewater wam by the evening and drain all the fat out.
Day 15-21 
This week is about just concentrating on the same exercise and process as week 2. The food will have a little change as protein have to be added. Like fish, chicken.

Day 22- 28
I am sure you would see changes in your body. You will definitely feel good and in inches also. There is a probability that either your weight of inches one of them would go down. First you either loose weight and then inches or vice- versa. Your workouts have to be the same. Walks also have to be the same. 30 mins  brisk walking or jog as you prefer. Make sure that the high intensity still continues.  Weights can be lifted but do consult your trainer for the right weight and where exactly you are concentrating on toning up.
Day 29- 30
The 2 days Give yourself a break . Work out but instead of a heavy one you could join a bollywood dace class, kick boxing class,  zumba . If you don’t wish to do any of this.Just go to a mall and window Shop and try as many clothes as you can.
And cheat meal can be taken one of the days.
And then Back to the same diet!!!
